Whether you’re a new or established business looking to outsource your overflow calls, our contact centre provides helpline, query handling and order processing solutions. Our contact centre services can be used to compliment our fulfilment solution or as a standalone service. In addition to customer services, we perform cross-selling, undertake market-research and take messages too.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Our Account Managers have a wealth of experience between them and work with clients from a variety of sectors. They are experts in order fulfilment and direct mail fulfilment and are available to offer support 09:00-17:00hrs Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, management information is available via our extranet, to ensure you always have the information you need to run your business.
